Note: for Post-surgical treatments, an additional $40 per hour is added.

Payment methods accepted:  Cash, Check and Credit/Debit Cards. 

Payment is required at the time of service.  Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Plans may be used so long as payment is made at the time of service. For your own protection please check to be sure massage therapy payments are allowed as part of the plan.

Symmetry Wellness does not take insurance. However, an invoice of services received can be provided so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
